Go-to breakfast: I am not a morning person. So in the morning, I need something quick that doesn’t require much thought. That’s why my go-to breakfast is a bowl of Cheerios with a banana and almond milk (and black coffee)!
Favorite stress reliever: When I’m feeling stressed, I like to listen to my music really loud and dance. It seems like the loud music just drowns out whatever is stressing me!
Favorite food indulgence: Cheesecake. My favorite restaurant has a baklava cheesecake that is to die for.
Favorite music to exercise to: Most people are surprised to learn that I’m a “Little Monster” to the core! If I’m exercising to music, it’s Lady Gaga!
Most surprising talent: I’m actually pretty handy around the house. My dad taught me how to be as self-sufficient as possible, so I can build and fix things if I need to — and I know how to use power tools!
Daily inspiration: I am constantly inspired by the people I coach every day. These are people who want to make a change, and they do it! They remind me that anything is possible when you put your mind to it!
Biggest challenge: My biggest challenge is staying physically active. I get bored with routines easily, so I constantly have to keep mixing it up.
Favorite celebrity chef: Ellie Krieger
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would play you: Julia Stiles
