Strawberry Basil

(1 serving)

1 banana, peeled, placed in a bag, and frozen

2 Tbsp. nonfat milk

4 strawberries, sliced

4 fresh basil leaves

 

Salted Caramel

(1 serving)

1 banana, peeled, placed in a bag, and frozen

2 Tbsp. nonfat milk

2 Tbsp. salted caramel topping

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

 

Chocolate Chip

(1 serving)

1 banana, peeled, placed in a bag, and frozen

2 Tbsp. nonfat milk

¼ tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. chocolate chips

 

 

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Place the mixture in a bowl and then place in the freezer for 1 hour.
