It’s back! Free Good Fridays at The Warhol
Presented by UPMC Health Plan
Kick the winter blues with a night at The Andy Warhol Museum! Admission will be FREE from 5 to 10 p.m. every Friday in January.* You can mingle with friends, take in the funky artwork by Warhol and other artists, and groove to beats of a DJ.
Be sure to mark these Fridays on your calendar: January 4, 11, 18, and 25.
Check out The Warhol’s latest exhibition, “Cry, Baby,” by artist and Carnegie Mellon University professor Devan Shimoyama. Devan’s captivating artwork depicts a vulnerable yet resilient portrait of African-American boyhood and masculinity. The exhibition features paintings, photography, and sculptures that span his career to date, plus a series of new works that will be on display for the first time.
This event is part of UPMC MyHealth Community, an initiative of UPMC Health Plan that supports public programs to help families and individuals achieve a healthy, well-rounded lifestyle.
*UPMC Health Plan members may be asked to sign in upon admission for attendance tracking. Free admission does not include paid programs, seminars, and special events that may occur at The Andy Warhol Museum on these dates. Admission is subject to venue capacity.
