My favorite restaurant salads usually have more ingredients than I ever have on hand to use at home. When I had some leftover salmon in the fridge last week, I decided to make this restaurant-inspired salad that is filling enough for dinner. The sweetness of the strawberries and roasted tomatoes is enhanced by the tangy balsamic dressing and crumbled goat cheese. Feel free to substitute any kind of fruit or cheese that you have on hand! Grilled chicken breast would also work well.
