Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

This exercise system uses slow, smooth body movements to achieve a state of relaxation of mind body and mind. Classes will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays. Come to one or both each week. Guest instructor, Sharif Zyhier is a board certified Tai Chi instructor registered with the Tai Chi for Health Institute. His certifications are in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation and Sitting Tai Chi. His style of teaching is gentle and relaxing. He teaches a system of postures and movements while weaving in Tai Chi principles to foster a better understanding of the art of Tai Chi.
