Wave your Terrible Towels as you cross the finish line of the 31st Annual Gatorade/Steelers 5k. The flat course travels through the North Shore before entering the service tunnel of Heinz Field. It's the true player experience — even former Steelers legend Franco Harris will be there (as Honorary Captain, no less!).
Most of the first mile of the 5K winds through Regent Square streets with plenty of warm, friendly cheers. The remainder of the race is through Frick Park’s cross-country trails, with the final stretch heading down the Falls Ravine Trail and ending in Fern Hollow. The 1.5 Mile Run/Walk takes place on the charming streets of Regent Square. The family dog can also join in on the fun. Dogs may be registered for ONLY the 1.5 Mile Run/Walk.
