Go-to breakfast:
My favorite quick breakfast would be egg and banana pancakes. You only need two eggs and one banana instead of using a heavy pancake batter.
Daily inspiration:
Every day I wake up, I know I have a chance to make an impact on someone’s life that day — whether a member at work, or a complete stranger on the street.
Most surprising talent:
This was a tough one, but I used to work at camps every summer so I surprisingly got very good at gymnastics.
Favorite music to exercise to:
I listen to a little bit of everything when working out. It depends on the type of workout, but I’ll listen to everything from country to rap and rock to pop music.
Favorite exercise:
I like to mix up my workout routines and include cardio, plyometrics, body weight exercises, as well as free weights. My favorite is any exercise where I am able to do more reps or push myself just a little further, the feeling after accomplishing that is always great.
Ideal Saturday:
My ideal Saturday would be sleeping in just a little later than usual, grab some breakfast and coffee and then head down to the lake and spend the whole day out on a boat.
Favorite food indulgence:
Whenever I travel to New York City, I can’t help but stop and get a real bagel from a small deli or roadside cart. I always make sure to pick a place that is within walking distance of Central Park so that I end up walking a few miles.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would play you?
This one was easy; the only person I would want to play me would be Justin Timberlake.
