Kids and kids-at-heart can sing, dance, and interact with special guests as Heinz Field transforms into a magical island where dreams come true and time does not exist. Join us for a free yoga class every Saturday with instructor Lauren Stoner. This therapeutic based session uses movement and meditation to heal mind, body and spirit. Once a month we will also offer art or dance therapy sessions provided by Fine Art Miracles. The location of this class is one one flight of stairs.
