Five-minute healthy frozen fruit yogurt recipe

- 4 cups of raspberries (or any frozen fruit such as strawberry, blueberry, mango)
- ½ cup of Greek yogurt (plain)
- 3 Tbsp. of honey
- In a blender or food processor, blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Chill in the freezer up to one month (or serve non-frozen).
